For those that have completed Tier 3 and Tier 2 Training, the Tier 1 Selection Training Event will be held by Aerial Recovery leadership to select the people that will be eligible to attend the Tier 1 SOAR Team Training overseas later this year.

In order to attend the Tier 1 SOAR Team Training, you must first attend and complete this selections event.

"Aerial Recovery's SOAR Team members are known for keeping their mind and body clean, alert, and strong. They keep themselves and their equipment at a constant state of readiness, able to react quickly and effectively to the most austere environments on the planet. Tier 1 selections are designed to test you physically, mentally, and emotionally. This event will be both challenging and rewarding. The SOAR Team looks forward to adding new members to its ranks. Date: October 21-24, 2022

• Arrive on site by 08:00 AM at the latest
• Exit no earlier than 12:00 noon on the 24th

Location: Nashville, TN Area

• Bring your own supplies to camp on the property
• Bring your own meals
• Water will be provided
